We are looking for someone who will:

Handle all bank reconciliations once per month for multiple accounts, process purchase orders, handle approximately $300,000 - $400,000 media invoicing monthly (very detailed) for our company.  In addition, the entry level bookkeeper will be responsible for all general ledger coding using Microsoft Excel and Peachtree Accounting software.  In addition, Bookkeeper will be responsible for online banking daily, checking balances and making transfers.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four year accredited university required.  Degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word & Excel Spreadsheets.
  • 6 months experience in Accounts Receivables (25%)/Accounts payables (50%) highly desirable.
  • Peachtree and general ledger coding software is a huge plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
