Job Description

  • Interface with consumers over the phone in a high-volume, fast-paced call center
  • Input consumer information into a computer quickly and accurately
  • Multitask; handle multiple phone calls at once
  • Listen patiently and demonstrate concern for consumer’s situation
  • Gather information from consumers about their legal situation

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and communications skills in Spanish and English REQUIRED
  • Be able to type 40 words-per-minute and be PC literate
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Customer service or call center experience is a plus
  • Experience in legal industry specifically in personal injury, workers’ compensation insurance is a plus
