We are seeking:

  • Excellent verbal and communications skills in Spanish and English
  • Be able to type 40 words-per-minute and be PC literate
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Customer service or call center experience is a plus
  • Experience in legal industry specifically in personal injury, workers’ compensation insurance is a plus
