About the role

The company is looking for a dynamic Marketing Analyst with exceptional intellectual horsepower to work closely with executive management to provide analysis, drive insights, and motivate action across a wide range of existing business activities and in exploration of new growth and expansion opportunities. This role will report directly to the CMO but also provide support to senior leaders on the marketing team. The target salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000, DOE, and is primarily remote, but may require occasional work in the company’s Torrance, CA office a couple of times per quarter.


What you'll do

  • Support executive management in providing ad hoc analyses across a wide range of marketing initiatives
  • Support the CMO & Marketing Leadership in developing hypotheses, test designs, and post test analyses in a continuous cycle of learning and improvement.
  • Analyze performance across all marketing channels and tactics that go beyond self serve reporting (Domo), including paid search, paid social, SEO, TV, CTV, Radio
  • Size the potential risks and opportunities with new channels
  • Refine and develop advanced attribution capabilities leveraging existing MMM outputs while exploring technology partnerships that can improve our understanding of MTA.
  • Coordinate with various departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
  • Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance and inform decision-making
  • Attend meetings; track commitments and results for the leadership team as prioritized and assigned by the CMO
  • Develop competitive tracking reports that provide regular insights into both the legal lead gen and attorney advertising spaces.
  • Develop actionable insights from performance analysis and present and share across the marketing team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business/marketing analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
  • Strong database querying skills, ETL and SQL
  • Generating hypotheses and designing tests
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
