Walker Advertising (WA) is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to join our management team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and profitability through the management of Inside Sales Personnel.
- The primary role of the Sales Manager is to assist the VP of Sales in meeting and/or exceeding Annual Sales Revenue Goals.
- The Sales Manager will work in collaboration with the Director of Human Resources & VP of Sales to recruit, train, develop & mentor Inside Sales personnel.
- The Sales Manager is required to also make their own calls & sales along with assisting Sales Representatives in closing sales.
- The Sales Manager is responsible for increasing/improving Inside Sales productivity and efficiency while maintaining the highest possible levels of attorney retention.
Qualifications for this Position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing Inside Telesales teams
- Proven telephone sales experience (within the legal community a+)
- Proven success in mentoring, training, motivating and effectively leading a team to great success.
