Chief Executive Officer
Ben is an experienced executive who has substantial expertise in consumer behavior and lead generation. He brings a relentless focus on building teams and delivering for clients. Upon graduating from law school, Ben spent 13 years in a succession of executive leadership roles at marketing services and lead generation firm Clearlink, where he served as General Counsel, CFO, Chief Revenue Officer, Founder/President of the Insurance division, and President/COO of the company. Ben is focused on bringing Walker Advertising’s powerful brands to more consumers in need of legal representation across the country and best serving Walker Advertising’s law firm clientele.
Chief Financial Officer
Quentin came to Walker in 2017 with extensive experience in finance, strategy, and operations across multiple industries. He recently led the finance and accounting organization at OceanX LLC, a $200M technology platform company in Los Angeles. He also held senior Finance & Strategic Planning positions with Fisher Price and Mattel after consulting with McKinsey and Co across multiple industries and functions. Quentin has a key role in driving profitable growth in new markets and expanding Walker Advertising’s service offering to our consumers and attorney clients.
Chief Marketing Officer
Dan has a wealth of experience that spans across traditional and digital media channels as well as both B2C and B2B focused marketing. He has extensive experience in brand building and brand development. Some highlights from his 25+ year career include helping to build FTD.com from $10M in revenues to $300M+; rebuilding and running the marketing department for Angie’s list, which sold to Home Advisor in 2017, and then, most recently, leading a refreshed B2B marketing division for Grubhub.
Vice President, Media
Not only is Nereida the most tenured Walker Advertising executive, but the most tenured employee in the organization at over 30 years with the company. She started as a contact center agent and moved into media buying, eventually supervising media buyers. Nereida was also at the heart of Walker’s creative marketing to consumers for sixteen years, from 1992-2018. Her drive to educate and provide the best legal representation possible to consumers stems from the care and concern she developed growing up with underserved Mexican parents. She deeply understands consumers’ needs and orchestrates powerful media strategy in order to serve them.
Vice President, Contact Center
John brings with him over 12 years of contact center management and people leadership experience. He spent 7 years at American Express in Fort Lauderdale and Phoenix, where he led customer-facing and compliance/quality teams in both the telephone service center and collections business units. John relocated to Southern California in 2013, working with several start-up and mid-sized companies with increasing levels of responsibility, helping architect their contact center operations to scale at very high levels of service quality. John's focus is on optimizing Walker Advertising's consumer experience and continuing to ensure consumers receive the highest standards of quality and care when they need legal access.
Vice President, Integrated Marketing
Miriam brings strong experience in digital and traditional media as well as in legal marketing. Most recently, Miriam was Chief Marketing Officer of The Dominguez Firm. Prior to that, Miriam spent 7 years at Univision Communications, culminating in her role as National Account Executive where she worked closely with advertisers in various categories including legal and direct response, providing integrated marketing solutions. Miriam’s focus is expanding Walker Advertising’s Los Defensores® and 1-800-THE-LAW2® brands within California and across the country.
