Corporate Counsel

We are seeking an experienced, Spanish-speaking Corporate Counsel to join their team. This 100% remote position is responsible for ensuring that management is apprised of potential risks of growth plans and business arrangements, and to monitoring changes in compliance regulations to help identify potential growth opportunities and navigate applicable rules and regulations. This position will work closely with leadership and across the organization.


Core responsibilities

  • Partner with our client's management team to ensure the company’s plans and avenues for growth are vetted for legal risk factors and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with state-by-state Rules of Professional Conduct as it relates to attorney advertising; formulate solutions to any identified problem areas exposing the company to risk
  • Advise and consult with all levels of the organization to identify legal issues, assess potential legal options, and provide an analysis and range of possible legal solutions
  • Develop relationships with key personnel at State Bars and other regulatory authorities to ensure that compliance authorities have a good working understanding of the company’s business and mission.
  • Provide, review and counsel on all brand communications and advertising materials including, but not limited to, television advertising, print, digital/social media, press releases, website content, case studies, blogs, videos, sales decks, and presentations
  • Advise and provide a review of National and regional marketing and advertising campaigns, strategy, copy, and content from conception through to execution, ensuring advertising claim substantiation, and providing legal and regulatory compliance risk assessments; Propose creative solutions to help advance business objectives

Qualifications/Skills

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish
  • JD from accredited law school; strong academic background Bar membership in CA, TX, or FL. Must be active & in good standing.
  • At least four (4) years of relevant work experience with a law firm, company, and/or regulatory agency

Paid Digital Media Strategist

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, high-performing, and innovative Paid Digital Media expert with experience in direct response, lead generation or driving customer acquisition across paid digital media.


Our ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and can drive profitable growth for the business with deep experience in one or more of these digital media channels: Paid Social, SEM, Online Video (YouTube included) or Programmatic. We are looking for individuals with a passion for performance or growth marketing, a relentless approach to testing and optimization, and have a history of successfully launching and managing digital marketing campaigns across setups, implementations, tracking, measurement, and launch.


We are a fully remote company and team, and this role will be eligible for significant performance compensation in addition to the base salary.


Job Description and Key Activities

  • Reporting to the VP of Media
  • Manage implementation, testing, and performance results of a digital marketing channel (paid social, SEM, YouTube, or Programmatic)
  • Provide timely weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance tracking and reporting for all digital media channels
  • Update media team on best practices across the digital marketing ecosystem and remain up to date on new channels and new ad opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date targeting strategies and tactics by vertical, incorporating channel or policy changes whenever necessary
  • Lead implementation and campaign operations, ensure all the right technology and tracking systems are in place
  • Work closely with the Digital Media Team on campaign execution, verifying deliverables and providing strategic guidance across all digital media channels
  • Actively review digital media channel performance and provide POV for optimizations and improvements
  • Assist with the creative development process for new ads, campaigns, and landing pages
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to successfully execute cross channel media campaigns
  • Collaborate with coordinators and specialists, managing traffic of all creative updates, and verify that creative refreshes are executed correctly
  • Manage the ongoing relationship, beta opportunities and relevant channel insights with partner reps
  • Work with media partners on placement implementation and reporting
  • Collaborate and manage external agency partners
  • Manage campaign budget delivery and performance tracking
  • Build strong relationships with digital media platforms and vendors

We are seeking a Business Analysis Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our fully remote team. Our ideal candidate will play a key role in helping drive strategic initiatives across the organization by delivering value and adding business insights and perspectives based on analysis of financial and operating data.


Job Description and Key Activities

• Reports to VP, of Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead and develop all key aspects of the company’s business intelligence infrastructure, including the collection/analysis of data, defining /monitoring KPI’s, and providing actionable recommendations

• Partnering with key stakeholders in drawing key business conclusions, analysis of budgets, financial report and financial trends.

• Track / analyze key trends and metrics for key business areas including media, call center, and sales

• Develop, evaluate, and advise on the impact of both short-term and long-range planning and business case development.

• Develop and execute processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance with an emphasis on business impact.

• Play a leadership role in continuously reviewing and aligning our analytics infrastructure and processes for maximum business impact.

As a Paid Search Specialist, this candidate will support the Paid Search Manager and their day-to-day tactical responsibilities. Primary duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and manage English and Spanish paid search strategy, bid management, account architecture, and day-to-day monitoring of campaign performance against law type and location goals/priorities

This may include inbound/outbound calls, chat, and text. This full-time, remote position offers a base pay of $16.25/hr and average pay, with bonus and after full training, is $19.25/hr. Walker also offers unmatched technical support and will send computer equipment to home offices immediately after training.
